Work canvas usually comes in tan or brown. Levi’s runs this pair through a multi-step dye and finish instead, and the result is a mottled slate that the brand says will keep changing as it wears.
The cut is the 568: loose throughout, sitting at the waist, with a straight leg. The knees are doubled in the same canvas, a carpenter pocket rides the side of the leg, and the only color on the whole pair is the small red tab on the back pocket.
It is all cotton, non-stretch, with a zip fly and five-pocket styling, sold by Levi’s under its Premium line.
